sometimes, it's a matter of heng-suay thingy when dealing with installers. most of the time it's the workers who are working on the car, and not the boss. how the workers treat ur car gives the final impression of the quality of the workmanship.

 

having said that, one has to be realistic and practical. do not expect a 1k+ job (excluding hardware) to have competition-standard wiring and install. there are extra costs involved in having better (hence more ex) materials. also intangible costs like some buffer $$$ in case the installers accidentally break/spoil something, (that's where they have to make good at their own costs), warranty period, etc...

Fair call, although pricing was actually higher in the previous 2 installers(!).

 

But regardless, of workers doing the work and bosses have to rely on them, at the end of the day, they are still the face of the company, and therefore it is right to judge the company based on their performance/service.
