Hey all,

 

Intro, driving an EP80 Grey Starlet Gi X Limited. Do correct me if I am wrong, coz I am new to my car, Engine 1E 999cc, Power Steering, 15" Firenza.

 

Basically, I need a transport to my school down town after work :) and fishing down at Bedok Piers.

It came fitted on the car when I bought it. The pillar and gauges are currently excesses on my car. This is how they look when the lights are on at night.

Yea, you're probably right, for hatchback car, not necessary to have a woofer.

 

I'm a person who loves to feel that bass when I'm listening to my music....being able to feel the bass notes makes me feel the music 100%.

 

For now, I'm using a 3 way JBL speaker, and my front 2 x tweeters are really soft.

 

What would you suggest?

 

Your JBL speakers are 6x9 in the rear parcel shelf, or 5" /6.5" speakers installed on the door? If it's the 6x9, you should be getting decent bass already. Only problem will be that your sound will not be balanced in that it comes from behind you. My current setup, which sounds pretty decent, is 2x6.5" in the doors, 2 tweeters at the pillars and another 2x6.5" in the back on the parcel shelf. All powered by the internal Headunit amp.

 

If you really need some earthshaking bass and want to get an amp, I have a small one prepared to let go cheap. PM me.

Mine's 6x9 in the rear parcel shelf. Was fiddling with the headunit's settings and I managed to set it to my preference. Yea, the bass is pretty decent at volume 20, my body can feel alittle of the bass when driving. Thats good enough for me -)
