its been puzzling me as well... haha so many ppl noticed as well... 2 days in a row ive spotted aledi on PIE... on both sides of e-way... manned by uncles and aunties... like those in bermudas, t-shirt + waist pouch... this afternoon i spotted one on overhead bridge before underpass from alexandra towards farrer road direction.. uncle with brolly... i don't think they can outsource anyhow like that, even if outsource, to premas cisco etc, they have to be in uniform also, those carpark aunties have been in uniform under the sun for ages!

hey i saw one too on ytd morning. At bt timah road. its with a tripod and a colourful little umbrella on top.

Noticed when driving on the PIE towards changi airport on those pedestrain overhead bridge.

 

There are cameras set up at the overhead bridge with umbrella as shields. At first i thought these are speed cameras from afar manned by the TP in white (common nowadays).

 

Then see civilians standing next to it. This happened 2 days in a row and somemore on 3 bridges (before Bedok exit, after bedok exit and after tampines exit). Is there a special task force sponsored by the TP or are they taking pics to see traffic flow or just for fun? Need enlightenment from bros here

 

I saw similiar thing 2 times recently.... One was at the bridge at PIE near Ngee Ann Polytrechnic, saw 2 camera shooting at both directions, one towards city and another towards Tuas...time around 17:00 hrs.

 

Second time was around 07:00 hrs, they stationed at a bridge at Bukit Timah Road towards clementi, just before Ngee Ann Polytechnic....

 

I think likely not TP (just guessing) cos camera not manned, the guy just stationed nearby only.....

I saw two along PIE too. They looked like Poly student and I guess they were carried out some kind of project study or some assignment.
