I meet a very very rude transcab driver juz now, can i now the right channel to complaint to the taxi company, will they take action against their driver? Byond 1st Gear August 29, 2007 Share August 29, 2007 U can try to mail them but i dont think got much use. I got a bad encounter too with tibs. Emailed them but no reply at all. Byond 1st Gear August 30, 2007 Share August 30, 2007 another way is... write to cab company and ST forum then cc the mail to LTA. someone should take action... if your letter gets published in the newspapers.. you are in luck. IMOHO..... below is what i think lah... they may console you by saying actions have been taken...blah blah blah... whether they take action or not..is another different thing. bottom line is they say they take action - it meets ur criteria they say they take action - the cab company seeks a closure. both sides happy.. but come to think of it.. MAYBE the action thing is NATO only.. becos now..alot of cabs available..but too little drivers to rent.. is your complaint worth the rental loss in income?? But all it came back was. -We will investigate -We have issued a serious warning to him ... standard... Unless you have witness but then. witness in yur case may nt stand in court as the relationship with the passengers in yur car is a different case for the cabby. Cabby is driver and passenger is stranger... So the cabby and passenger words will stand a better chance for most case.. and thts provided if u wanna SUE himm .... tht depends how far you wanna go.. SUE him and testify him in court!!! But if u happen to sit in his cab, heng heng lah.And U being the passenger complain to the cabby company.Now thts a different story... . Weichien Clutched August 30, 2007 Share August 30, 2007 just call them like my mum did when got wrack by a tibs taxi driver years ago. we called. say taxi driver come out of cab holding a spanner. and if they do not resolve we will complain to the media and demand compensation for damage. i mean if your case is serious den you got to act like you're very serious. if not like some taxi drivers they are very arrogant and will reply that standard asnwer. we will investigate. we have given him a warming. but actually didn't do anything. ↡ Advertisement Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
