Xiao_qiang 1st Gear October 9, 2007 Share October 9, 2007 My Own point of view: Fit Pros - Good FC, Wider in in terms of body compare to the other 2, Reliable Brand [H], more accessories, good Fit/Jazz Club to check with for questions. Cons - Current model is quite age and new one coming, price for current model will fall if purchase now might fall badly, Boot is small but is the largest compare to the other 2. Swift Pros - Nice exterior, FC not bad should be slightly lower than Fit, accessories-wise also quite good, more varients to choose from (i.e 1.2, 1.3, 1.5 & 1.6 - XE or XG, Swift Club to check with for questions. Cons - The brand's name not nice if you are the superstitious type.Very small boot. Sirion Pros - Safety features is good (4 air bags), Spacious, quite rare as compare to the other 2, FC is about the same as Swift. Cons - Small Boot, Lesser accessories to play with. Just my point of view cause I looked at the same few. Now I narrow down to Swift 1.5 or 1.3..Now have to hold purse strings till I complete my part time studies before I go for my Swift.. For better handling and drive, Swift is the better choice. But now still have half a year more to complete my part time degree. Kikilala Neutral Newbie October 9, 2007 Share October 9, 2007 I chose the Sirion over the other 2 cos of the price... when I bought the Sirion 1 month ago, the difference was about $5k... but now I guess the price is more or less the same... Here's a rough pricing... 1. Honda Fit 1.3A - $56000 2. Honda Jazz 1.4A - $61500 3. Swift 1.3A - $53500 4. Sirion 1.3A - $52500 If you are on a tight budget, get either the Swift or the Sirion... Buying a car really boils down to your own preference... go and test drive all 3 and see which u prefer... I liked the Sirion then cos there was this really cute tachometer... but now for the newer models, they integrated it with the speedo... Also, if I have budget for Jazz, I'll also consider Daihatsu Materia as an alternative, spacious! Seanboi 1st Gear October 9, 2007 Share October 9, 2007 (edited) Sirion overall nt bad. Decent performance, fuel efficient, torquey, spacious. Servicing abit ex cuz STS mark the prices up quite high. Esp the oil filter. But performance-wise will lose to Suzuki 1.5L and FIT VTEC. Space-wise it would be either Sirion or Jazz. Swift is out. Handling would be Swift. Resale value shld be Jazz. For this case the TS didnt state wad engine cap is he looking at. BTw now Sirion got 1.5L variant. Using same engine as Terios. But the thing is it is coming to the end of its production life and a new model would be rolled out next year. It might affect its resale value. Why don't you consider Yaris?
