Equalizer curves

There are 7 equalizer curves in my HU,5 presetted and two customed. (etc.powerful,natural,vocal)Do u all actually listen to music using the presetted equalizing curves or the customized curves set by the audio shop?

Hi Bro,

Out of the 5 presets, I only use the FLAT preset for testing sound.

As most audio shops tune with probably Custom1, I will use Custom2 to play around with my own presets.

Ultimately it's a matter of personal preference.

There are those who like the factory presets - otherwise, use the factory presets as a starting point and customize your EQ settings from there.

Do remember that the EQ is actually meant to compensate for environmental deficiencies rather than to change the nature of the sound.
