i understand that for parking in safra, there is member rate for parking there... how do i make use of the member's parking rate? go to reception or do i need to register at safra or what? thanks...

Bro, you can log in to Safra.sg by your account. From there, there should be a link for you to enter your IU no. under your membership.

 

Then, open another browser, go to www.onemotoring.com.sg and log in using your SingPass. Look under your vehicle profile. It should be stated there somewhere. Select the text. Press Ctrl+C.

 

Go back to the safra webby and paste your new-found IU no. and save your profile. Voila!

 

It took me an hour to solve this internet puzzle (cos I refuse to go and remember the IU number, which is only available if I come out from some ERP capark).

haha... thanks man... but if i dun go to the website to enter my iu... is there any other way to get the member price? like go to the reception etc...

there is a sticker on your IU with the IU number... copy it down... when you next visit Safra, go to either the reception counter or security counter (I did mine at the security counter), fill in a form (with your IU number) and they will key it in for you...

I recently registered my IU unit at the safra counter as can't seems to find the link at safra.sg. Will take between 1-2 weeks for it to be effective. At the meantime, you have to bring yr cashcard together with yr member card to the counter in order to enjoy parking at member rates.

hi... i have register my vehicle IU number via the safra website... after the thing is process, do i have to keep going to the counter to redeem the parking rebates?

 

will they inform me whether the my application have being successfully being processed?

one way to know if ur vehicle is registered just look at the display on the gantry when u entering the carpark, for mine, it will greet me, eg good afternoon xxx, btw i tested this only at safra mt faber, not sure other safra carpark does the same too.
