I have EDFC on my TEIN SS, very useful garget [nod]

Good when travelling over different road condition, but EDFC can only adjust when car is stationary, not on the move (as told by the workshop, dun dare to try on the move).

Very useful when the coilover starts to get soft over time, no need to go workshop do adjustment, trouble-free so far for mine.

However, the coilover need to have certain mounting add-on in order to include the EDFC (dun if this is true for other car model), and this will mean another ~$600 (depending on car model) for this.

mine is 1st generation Mazda 6.

EDFC itself is around $600 (2005 price, now dunno how much).

My SS serve me well, no problem for 2 yrs except starts to get soft (normal wear & tear). In fact coilover last for around 30,000km and need to overhaul to maintain its performance, but TEIN overhaul not cheap, all 4 coils cost around $700.... [sweatdrop] almost 1/2 the price of the coilover itself.....
