Why is the need to install the flash player again when my pc already had it? I can open some application in Internet Explorer but not able in Firefox.. prompted to install flash player.

Is there any setting for this?

My colleague is able to run after installing the Firefox while I can't . Any experts can help?

This is specially for Firefox explorer and the weblink for it is:

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:7.

It could be the case your colleague downloaded with the latest firefox version which may have the flash player plugin included. Hope this helps.

After you download the add-on to your desktop, close all the firefox windows, including the downloading window.

Then click the desktop add-on driver -> presto!! it will work like a charm [flowerface]

You are using your home PC or office's PC?

If home, most of the time, it should have admin privilege, if not, login to a admin rights account.

If it is office's PC, no choice, u need to get PC support guys to help to give you admin rights or get them install for u.

If i not wrong... IE is Add-on. FF is Plug-in. So is different.
