I think not the workshop problem.

 

Now i have filed my report. But the other side needs to file report also. If they don't file, how can they investigate who is wrong ? They need the bus driver statement also. I just wonder why the SBS didnt chase the bus captain for the statement? Strange.

 

The surveyor has surveyed the car i dont know what i can do now.

Sometimes some car drivers dont understand heavy vehicles width.Try to avoid them if travelling on a 2 way narrow roads as buses will need to "use" a bit of your lane.Either you quickly sped past them or just slowly let them pass is the safest things.No such thing as priority here.Had an encounter with them last time which nearly squeezed me on a bottleneck lane

I know SBS is self insured. This mean that they will pay out of their own pocket for every cent they pay you. You can expect them to be very sticky about paying the claim. Claim from your own insurer and let your insurer fight with them. I think easier this way.

In this type of situation where can file under hit and run...cause it traffic congested..think they still need some witnesses before paying you..next time juz giveway no point challenging this big brothers....
