Pineapple Tarts

Guys, wanna ask, pineapple tart must be baked strictly using baking oven ??? Toaster / Microwave oven = no go ??? Please advise

no need. Toaster and Microwave can bake... but dun expect the taste to be the same especially Microwave.

Toaster, the heat distribution not as even as normal oven so have to watch out and not let it burn while it bakes.

Toaster oven can burn the pineapple tarts easily cos there'e no heat control...

 

Microwave oven can only make "powdery" pineapple tarts...nt the baked taste

 

But Sugee u can use microwave....taste nice...I tried b4

Find the pineapple tarts on the market seems to be 'undercooked'.

The pineapple are not 'dried'.

The pastry are pale and 'wet'.

 

If is advisable to rebake it in the oven or microwave oven to make it more 'cooked'?

I love 'wet' pineapple paste, do not like those dried ones.

Dry ones get stuck in my throat. Really buttery ones make me want to puke as well.
