Can OPC drive without buying e-coupon...

I haven't been driving the Demio (OPC) for the last 1.5weeks coz I was too lazy to climb 4 storeys to get to it. However this thursday I will drive the Punto (non-OPC) all the way up just to take my Demio (OPC) out

Only for those with the new revised OPC scheme. Those old scheme can only drive after 3pm. So do take note, dont get caught and kana fine for a few thousands $$ for those old scheme.
