Polyurethane Spring Isolator

Hi,

 

Has anyone poly spring isolator before? I installed these and immediately get squeaky sound coming from the isolators. Anyway to cure the sound without having to go back to rubber isolator?

The isolators are installed at the top or/and buttom of the spring to prevent the spring from contacting the car metal body. All cars has spring isolators. Factory fitted isolators are made in rubber.
