haha..ya..very old machine liao.. But then nothing can beat the high reving scream of the G4..that is when it did not break down lah.. There was once the coolant hose burst and sprayed hot coolant on me while i was riding... lucky i was wearing a full face.. My G4 gave me lots of problems..and cost me quite alot on replacement of parts.. but it will always be my favourite bike.

Don't know why..but I really like the sport bikes of the 90s.. PGM IV, G4, RVF, etc.. maybe too much Andy Lau movie liao haha [laugh]

I had a G4 before as well... though not as problematic as yours. Needed some additional attention at the beginning but once everything done up, it was pretty reliable. Usual oil changes and that was it.

Loved it to the max. The amount I spent on my G4 was more than the price I paid for it. [laugh] The handling and low bassy exhaust tune was hard to beat.

Most people will renew their coes, very rare to scrap.

My own bike coe renewed twice already.

For bikes..how much to renew COE? Is it like cars?

Now about 1.8 - 2k to renew another 10 years.

My RXZ's coe was due last year Aug, paid 1.4k to renew.

But that was last yr August, now as stated abt 1.8 - 2k :D

I still have my FJR1300ABS with me, love it very much, will be renewing it's COE next year for another 10 years.

With car COE at such sky high prices, do you people think more people will keep or switch to motorcycles in the future?
