My agent recommends oil change at 10,000km because Singapore is considered city driving and that places more stress on the engine oil. BUT, I am changing every 5,000km because I use a lot of engine brake, very little foot brakes and I like to rev till about 6,000rpm. So I figured that I should change earlier. Most people notice that by 7,000km after the last oil change their engine starts to sound a little rough.
