Ilmw 1st Gear August 26, 2002 Share August 26, 2002 (edited) Just bought Philips VisionPlus H7 for $32 (exclude GST) from Tye Soon. While looking around the shop, notice a reply letter from LTA to Tye Soon dated 1999 to clarify that the Philips BlueVision, since it meets the ECE Regulation 37, is approved for use in Singapore. This is good news, in that as long as the bulb you're eyeing is ECE R37 compliant, it is OK with LTA. Oh yes, while changing the bulb, make sure you understand what each screw, retention clip, etc is for. Unscrew one wrong screw and you get an extra back-breaking 30 mins labour for nothing.
