Trdcorona Neutral Newbie December 31, 2002 Share December 31, 2002 i feel tat monroe not that good when it comes to cornerings. monroe is more on comfort side. as for kyb, its feels much stiffer but compromise the comfort. my monroe did not last me long either, 6 mths already leaking gas oil. Turbobrick Neutral Newbie January 3, 2003 Share January 3, 2003 KYB will definitely outlast Monroes for perhaps $20-30 more each.
Trdcorona Neutral Newbie January 3, 2003 Share January 3, 2003 i would recomend kyb. its a bit stiffer than stock damper. monroe is more on comfort side. monroe is very soft compared to kyb. if u going for full load, go ahead wif kyb. price abt $400 with installation for kyb gas. monroe sensatrac is abt $360 wif installation

Gadgeter 2nd Gear January 3, 2003 Share January 3, 2003 I understand they have a warranty period of 6 months. And plus the installer was recommended by them. Even if mis-installed, as long as it falls within the warranty period, they have replace for you.
