Epsilon 2nd Gear November 29, 2004 Share November 29, 2004 D2 coilover are they good? thinking of getting a 2nd hand for my altis.....was told that even when set to comfort setting, it is still very hard. is this true?
Phochem Neutral Newbie November 29, 2004 Share November 29, 2004 No experience with D2 but heard frm a few owners tat its not as hard as most ppl tink. Of course if u r using ultra low profile tyres wif big rims then even stock shocks/springs also feels hard... 16" shld be the best choice between handling and FC for ur Altis but if handling is ur main concern then bigger the batter liao. Epsilon 2nd Gear November 29, 2004 Share November 29, 2004 at the moment I am using 15" so wont be upgrading to 16 or bigger lah......just hoping to get the D2 coilover to lower my ride and also the altis suspension is too soft to my liking loh...wan something abit hard but not too hard......haiz..... Phochem Neutral Newbie November 29, 2004 Share November 29, 2004 then chg the springs can liao.. most aftmarket springs lower the car ard 20-30mm. Eibach for example..
