But I suppose the lower end of SEs struggle. Every field has both extremes lah.

 

I heard that some SEs don't want to get promoted to manager, cuz they'll end up getting less pay.

 

eh..think most surgeons would earn around there, plus min 6 mths bonus. those good ones in private practice may earn as much as 200k/mth. but of cos they also slog like mad!
