I think all films are the same. I had mentioned in another thread. 70% heat reflection or 50% are almost the same. You can't feel the diff.

Most important is workmanship and service.

Workmanship : Less scratch, less bubbles, clean lines

Service : Replacement or repair when you find any problem, even after 1 month.

Rikecool Workmanship : thumbsdown.gif

Rikecool Service : thumbsdown.gif

Have heard good comments on Vkool though price is on the high side.

Need comments from the other Bros here who's using Vkool.

have you asked your SE how much is sun cool and rike cool.

maybe tell him to give you cash.

your SE will quote you a higher than what he can get.

if you go and ask rike cool for a price, they will tell you 900.

but your se will be able to get it for less than 50%.

take the cash and do it somewhere else.

i did it will llumar film.

check the posting by adrian.

if you want more details about llumar film, pm me.

i went to llumar because another bro recommended me.

he went to did his ride, it was great for him.

But i encounter some issues with the film. (so i might be the unlucky one)

however the sales person service was great.

he change for me whatever is necessary or whatever i want him to do. he rectified my problems.

I think anywhere you go to do your film, you might encounter some problems with the film however how is the after service? I think the place i went has great after sales service

Rikecool is well known for the lousy workmanship... i have a fren who went ot rikecool twice, and twice they screwed it up... now she has to go huber optik....

i would recommend either huberoptik or vkool (same co.)

Harlow! Mine's fitted with V-Kool and has been enjoying the protection since! Anyway should you ask from your SE for V-Kool, better check around for the correct pricing before committing and also ensure it is really V-Kool. A friend of mine requested his SE to install Huper for his RX-8, found it disatisfactory and changed to a V-Kool. When the V-Kool fellas took out the old films, they suspected it is not huper but Rike Cool cos the residue left on the windows were very thich, characteristic of inferior films. Did a test and found the film not within the specs of Huper! So be very careful...

i agree the only difference is the workmanship and the after sales service. im using V-kool so far no complaints no bubbles. and i have heard of many who had bubbles had their whole film changed no questions asked.
