EHD SOURCE is basically a filter to the DC power feeding head unit or DSP. Since the DC power is clean, it reveals the energy that was lost, apparently more slam and control in the bass. The instrument and vocal has more flesh. Overall sound is more coherent (intact) between drivers (speakers).
