Bootmod3 (often written as BM3) is an ECU tuning platform developed by Protuning Freaks (PTF). It allows BMW owners to flash (upload) custom or pre-made performance maps to the car’s ECU through the OBD port — no need to remove the ECU physically. 

Using Bootmod3, Benefit you: 

• Increase horsepower & torque by optimizing boost pressure, ignition timing, and fueling. 
• Unlock hidden performance in turbocharged engines (especially BMW’s B58, N55, S55, S58, and similar engines). 
• Adjust driving characteristics such as throttle response, burble (exhaust crackle), cold start, speed limiter, etc. 
• Flash back to stock anytime if needed. 
• Monitor live data (boost, AFR, ignition timing, etc.) via the app.
