went with a friend of mine who is a sg pr from hk to showroom. as he is driving a lexus and doing business in sg. his dressing is casuel in weekend. drove a hyundai down to 2 conti showroom. the 2nd showroom we went was a nightmare. no good morning greeted that is okay. SE smoking outside and can't be bothered. halfway we left. very lousy service. my friend drives a lexus in sg. a es300 since 2001 actually thinking of changing to something different. as u can guess roughty which model. the 1st showroom cars wasen't really what he want. the 2nd 1 too arrogant. not friendly and proud SE didn't entertain us. i know many customer around but they didn't even offer a basic service for us. look around and not satisfied mainly the car. secondary the SE. so we went to a famous showroom in alexandra which hit top sales all time. went to 1 side.look around before going to another side which is the intended model he is looking for. spoke to a very friendly SE. served a coffee show us all the function in the car. sat inside and touch touch here touch touch there. haven sign but got a good price for that car a 460. i believe goana sign very soon. btw the 3 showroom we went is 1st (B) 2nd (M) 3rd (L) was really dissapointed with the service provide by the 2nd 1. don't judge a book by it's cover.
