  1. Good afternoon, Bro Read my story. Just posted it to Straits Times Forum but don't think it will be printed eventually. Whatever.. Maybe next time (touch wood), if I have crashed onto another car, I will act innocent and pretend that nothing has happened and tell myself that I am in twilight zone But seriously, let's hope that such incidents will never happen to any of the brothers here. "My Honda Edix --X 6889- was knocked at the rear bumper by a Toyota Corolla Altis --F 5080- on 2 September 2007. The lady driver did not keep a lookout for oncoming vehicles and without stopping at the 'Stop' line, executed a right turn thereby causing the collision. At the site, the lady driver refused to disclose her particulars, resulting in only the licence plate number recorded. Though the accident was reported promptly by yours truly, on the other hand, however, the lady driver's insurer, American Home Assurance Co, has difficulty tracking her till this day. Obviously, the lady driver has feigned ignorance. And, to my disgust, if the guilty party does not report the crash, and with no witnesses present at the site, as the victim, I have to forfeit my NCD and legal costs. Shouldn't AHA be imposing penalties on her instead of placing the case on limbo? Where is the basic right and wrong here?" Happy National Day
