Hi guys I would like to share my very bad experience at this shop located at Upper Changi Road. It was a reputable air-con shop until recently my personal experience view it otherwise. On 23/08/13 my air-con was unable to turn on and decided to drop by this particular shop which is located near my residence. I'll sumerise the story and if any of you need any clarification please feel free to contact me as I have evidence and also a reputable workshop experience it first-hand and they can testify it. Karcool inexperienced staff caused me my car's electical and electronic systems which short-circuit the car's relay systems. It blew up all the fuse in my fuse box. Every single thing is affected including my original HID headlight, my arlam system, my audio system, my electrical and electonic systems. I now cost me by the thousands and the worst thing is that they dont take responsibility for it. Im planning to report them to the authorities. I hope to get advise from fellow drivers here and also to warn anyone of going to this particular shop.
