  1. http://singaporeseen.stomp.com.sg/singapor...nt.jsp?id=18015 Poor Girl Engineer Katherine, 29, is shocked and angry after acid was splashed onto her car last night (Apr 14), ruining the new custom paint job completed early this month. She took these photos and sent them to STOMP in an MMS today and said: "I just don't understand why anyone would do this. Why me of all people? "There are other cars in my neighbourhood who also have special custom paint jobs but those cars are fine. "Only mine has been targetted. "I called Honda because my car is a Honda Jazz and they said they heard of another case recently as well. "I stay in Jurong West Avenue 1 and it happened overnight in the open carpark after I came home at 10 pm. "I was getting ready to go to work when to my shock and horror, I saw what had happened to my car. "I took my car to my mechanic annd he confirmed that the damage was caused by acid. "This car is new, I've had this for less than two years and spent $800 to $900 on the paint job. "I made a police report but I really hope the culprit will be caught for this act," she said.
