    Time is 1230pm 6th March. For drivers coming down from PIE exit St andrews turning right toward serangoon road. I've noticed a lot of car have skidded. (PIE is from PIE Toa Payoh going towards Changi) (I've skidded slightly too, luckily was travelling slow thanks to the slow car besides me ) Oil spill is at Serangoon Road itself I think. Please be careful as it is raining. I've informed traffic police regarding this and they should clear it soon!
