Heard the PM being interviewed last night and reported by the ST newspaper today he mentioned that he had been watching the F1 for the past few nights prior to the sunday race, he said that he was not watching the cars but looking at how much exposure is on the country itself during the fri n sat races.
My wife and I were astonished to hear that comments coming from the PM mouth...no doubt such event will put SG in the limelight but as a leader in the country, he was trying to say to F1 and partners that hey...i con you guys to come over my country to run f1 and i have no interest whatsoever in your cars or drivers...all i want is my country to have maximum exposure and advertisment.....
PM mentioned there is room for improvement on F1...but i feel that the PM really need to improve his PR skills b4 shooting his mouth, PMO and his secretariat must be idling and sleeping...this is what we call "HIGHLY PAID TALENTED CIVIL SERVANTS" who can't even do a proper PR with the F1 and partners.....
