Hi,

I am currently driving Edix 2L i-vtec engine.

I am thinking of the following:

1. Tune my IVTEC, anyone knows iVtec tuner?

2. Super-charge, anyone does this before?

3. Put in broquet, does it help?

Need comments on this 3 points.

Cheers

supercharge a VTEC?

Till now I haven't seen a super/turbo charged Honda street car before... Their VTEC technology already can produce horses above 200...

No tuner in SIngapore/Malaysia can supercharge/turbocharge IVTEC. Only way is to hire someone from Japan or USA or Australia, but be prepare to pay at least 6k for their services. IVTEC is so hard to tune and compression ratio for honda ivtec cars are relatively high to be SC/TC.

Thanks very much.

Not sure anyone knows how to make ivtec more powerful or fuel consumption better. So like the way it should be driven? Or any other thing like engine oil, voltage stabliser, broquet,....etc

Cheers!

U can surely TC an i-vtec.. bt the cost is nt low and oni run low boost. Nt to mention that its a pain in the ass 2 tune as well... Bt if u r really willin 2 spend tat kinda $$ for TC, u shld consider the following instead...

1> changin ur cams 2 a higher/sportier profile 1...

2> transplant a K20A2 head into ur K20A3 n make ur engine a true Type-R performance mini MPV... [;)]

3> Change 2 a hondata ECU that u can truly tune 2 perfection... [thumbsup]

All the above r either legal or 'non visible illegal' mods... [thumbsup]

Dnt bother abt ur option3 as its a true waste of $$.. [hur]
