Seems like there's a new ECU for the Fabia. For people with the stalling problem, time to ask Skoda for a new ECU!. Yah yah... you may say that JTA has already changed your ECU. Let me tell you this... they have NO CLUE what the hell they were changing!

You re right man They may not even have changed the unit. Anyway heard the first shipment of Skodas will be in within the month for Czech Auto so those with this problem should go look for the new agent to solve the problem. Its actually Exklusiv @ 7 Ubi close. Don't know able the service standard and price though. Hear say like not very good and bloody X.

Yeah... heard about those complains too. If you don't drive a big Passat, you tend to get second class treatment as well... Ultimately, it's us consumers who have the ball. Just look at the fall of Motor Ultima & Auto GTI. It was due to the too many consumer complains that VAG decided to take away the distributorship away from them.

 

If VAG is here locally as a distributor, their presence would make these damn agents more on the ball. The amount of money that's being made from selling cars does not comensurate with the level of service and competency of our local VAG agents.

 

Anyone's got experience with the BIG boys?

 

Well... at least we will be able to purchase some accessories from Czech Auto PL. They should have deeper pockets to bring in a larger inventory of parts and what not.

 

Time to set up a consumer watchdog for automotive cases. Something like What Car? sometimes write about. Our local magazines have got totally NO CLUE what they are writing about.

Wow!! Didn't know that Skoda got so much problem..... think all of u are real lucky..... the recent cases is much worst!!
