Bro, I reckon you're talkin bout the black hardened type of Silicon??

Where is ur silicon applied?? some places, you can juz pill it out lightly and

apply some thinner.. Works for me.. [:)]

IPA stands for Iso-Propyl Alcohol, if u r in electronics industry...

used before great for cleaning car & oily residues

 

But me think for silicon use turpentine better (not paint thinner/kerosene);

available at common DIY shops $2.70. :)

 

Of course, no so easy need patience and to rub off slowly :P
