You know what - I really need to get my eyes tested. I was just about to ask, "Wow, since when did Hobbits make extractors...." [dizzy]

Hi,

Will extractors pass LTA inspection? Looked thru one motoring. They didn't mentioned extractor/header specifically.

What's considered cheap. I enquired abt the Supersprint extractor for my Xsara, cost a cool $850. I dont think that is considered cheap.

Yes, extractor can pass LTA inspection....for your car, if can get the supersprint one, go ahead....$850.00 is quite OK as performance parts for your make is not available easily...nod.gif

Hi bro! Where have you been hiding? [:p]

Hotbits is an Aussie brand and the extractors may be made down under or in Malaysia. Nevertheless, our resident Doc Mike has hotbits extractor on his Alfa 156 and no complains from him so far.

Check out his Hotbits post here

thats why there are 4-1 for high-end and 4-2-1 for low to mid range. as for auto car, should go for 4-2-1 with pipe ard 1.5"-1.75"

my aussie frends said they have never heard of this brand..... perhaps the extractors are made in malaysia using aussie designs which have a different name in australia ........ dizzy.gifdizzy.gifdizzy.gif
