Legend Neutral Newbie April 20, 2007 Share April 20, 2007 (edited) need some advise from expert in here. i book a car in feb during after the COE crash. until now, my agent still didn't get COE for me. its my 4th bid already. thinking of changing to guaranteed COE, any advise? And let say if change from non-guaranteed to guaranteed COE need to pay additional $3k, do i have to pay cash or they lump it into the car price?
