Limws1 1st Gear May 5, 2003 Share May 5, 2003 Although some workshop may charge cheaply for their labour, but all they do is just change your engine oil and filter. They don't check the rest of the things, such as the condition of your brakes, timing belt, etc. This goes the same for most workshops in Singapore too. In the agent workshop, thought they may be more expensive, but they have to follow a set of servicing procedures given by the car manufacturer. So the car has a higher chance of being check thoroughly. My question is, by just changing engine oil and filter, is it consider enough for normal servicing? Or should more be done at each servicing interval.
