i'm going to change my sound system.. but i got no idea what to change..

 

i intend to change my HU to Pioneer DEH-P80RS.. any comments about this HU? and what else i need to change to get some decent nice music?

Having just used P80 and Alpine 9887, I would say 9887 generally produce better sound. But interface P80 wins hands down. P80 is more user friendly. If you want better sound, get 9887. If you want chio chio, user friendly get P80.

it all depends on your budget bro..If your budget is high,getting a P80 is ok..if not,just get a normal HU will do..Ubi, got New Generation..But pricing wise high, but workmanship heard from people that it is [thumbsup]..

If you still haven't committed to anything as yet - keep an open mind and listen with your own ears different set-ups with different HUs.

 

Come to the MCF ICE meetup on Wednesday nites and try out various set-ups. We have bros with P80s and other Pioneer HUs, Alpine HUs, Clarion HUs, Panasonic HUs, etc.

 

However, though the HU is a very important part of the set-up it is only one component. The other components also play equally important parts in the entire signal chain.

we also have bros with akan-datang Alpine F#1 head unit and professor set. have a listen lor, u might just like it!
