I also think 128k for new not quite possible. OMV for this car is abt 42-43k. COE abt 17k. So, cost price for the dealer is alr approx 118-119k liao. The mark up by dealer cannot be as low as only 10-11k.

Fyi,

Last Sat newspaper Audi A4 1.8T advertised as $138,888. With stuff like S-line bodykit, 17 inch rims etc.... Also advertised low interest rate, cash back or UP TO $20k overtrade.... Based on these, the deal looks quite decent. Hope this helps.

The bros here says it all.

I was thinking the luxury car segment mark up is min 20k...so I was thinking new one shld be about 140k(nvr keep track abt selling prices in newspapers) or so..

Actually when the car leave the showroom, immed the depreciation is at least 18-20k or so..

So, I think it is quite worth it if can get the one mentioned by TS at 120k or so..

Oh, drop liao? it used to be about 40k or so...

but nvr mind..39.5K OMV with current COE works out to abt 113k...add in other misc cost shld be abt 114-115k cost price...think the dealer shld be selling min 135k for stock or a few k more for those that comes with extra accessories...128k for new still quite impossible..

Yup, think its because is a EOL model, New one jus broke cover.....(Nice if I may add). Add in Misc cost eg, 1 year road tax, etc is about $117k plus minus.OMV listed already S-line so dun think much accessories to be added anymore. Highly unlikely list price of $138,888 they will give to FULL overtrade of $20k. Most prob overtrade amt subj to individual car, ie conti or jap or kor, 1, 2, 3 or more years old etc......

You mst compare with "one off" deals people gave before. How often does this happen?
