Heard if you want to claim against taxi company not easy, cause regardless who's fault, taxi company would always want to win and they will report all sorts of stories in their accident claim report, making it the other party fault.

Likely under First Capital (insurer for almost all taxis) ... if it is them, then good luck to you.
