Turbobrick Neutral Newbie May 25, 2003 Share May 25, 2003 Yup, voltmeter is good for monitoring battery health so that you can be one step ahead and not get stranded by a dead battery. A/F gauge is better for petrol cars since diesels use direct injection and compression instead of ignition so an a/f meter is only necessary if you do in depth engine tuning (wanna go rally?) ↡ Advertisement
Turbobrick Neutral Newbie May 25, 2003 Share May 25, 2003 Autogauge is available at Concorde Auto at Golden wall centre, another place is the accessories store at Sunshine plaza at middle road. Do note that autogauge and autogage (US brand) is different, autogage is made by autometer so quality should be better.

Turbobrick Neutral Newbie May 26, 2003 Share May 26, 2003 No point buying from JB to install in SG, labor cost higher in SG. The prices your got from JB is jacked up too high, the last time I checked autogauges run for about $20+ (the regular ones) and the a/f meter should be less than $80. For comparison check out price of Autometer and Autogage here (US site) http://store.summitracing.com/department.asp?d=

Turbobrick Neutral Newbie May 27, 2003 Share May 27, 2003 Some of those JB shops are FOS, do shop around both in JB and SG before making purchase decisions. As for the strut bar, better play it safe and get a decent brand one. How about Hotbits? Although they may be made in MY but so far no one complained as far as I know
