Ipod connection for New Camry

Hey guys....have been badly wanting to connect my ipod to my 07 bm camry headunit...and i have no clue on how to go about it.

 

Some of the guys i ask say i can just buy a 3.5mm jack and connect some say must change the head unit....which is the way? i prefer not to change the original headunit. Guys if you have any clue about how it works and where it can be done pls let me know! thanks!!
