where to find local engineering forums to advertise..? As my company is relatively new i need to find some forums for some advertisment.

bro not no budget to spent but not sure where to go and spent currently already on yellow pages and google lao. My company products alittle nich so hard to find place to advertise but thanks for the motorola tip will check if they are suitable.

Yellowpages and Google Adwords are pretty good with reference to the reponse they generate. However, you'll need a little more then those to generate favourable results.

 

For Yellowpages use the Internet Yellowpages ... pretty good for the hit-rate per advert....

 

Google adwords Cost per clicks... You selfserve or engaging the services of those SEM/SEO companies like B&M or HWZ a.k.a click true ? Selfserve alot cheaper but u MUST know what u are doing ...else waste $$$ down drain.. For those SEM/SEO companies are exp but they do offer google analytics ....

 

 

Whats ur aim ? Branding or upfront sales?

1st of all thanks for your advice and nice kitty in ur icon! how did u managed to get that shot? Priceless.

 

1. Yellowpages - Yah i'm with yellow pages both paper and online now. Not cheap tho..

2. Google adwords - I am registered with them as well. Selfserve to be exact, not new to B2B but still difficult to tell as my pervious company is from IT and now is a manufacturer of their own products and a test and measurement company . Good news is after i ran my campaign, an hr later i got my 1st enquiry yah!! so i guess i'm doing something correct

 

My current aim is to create awareness actually, as fast as possible in the least possible time, maybe say 6mths...

 

my company is 60yrs in the market and is well known in Europe but not here. so got a lot of catchup to do..

 

Would be very grateful if you can provide some pointers if it is not convient to post here maybe you can give me a pm? thanks in advance

thanks for your advice bro but i have also think about greenbook before however the exposure from it is too little as my target audience are not from there.

 

To summerise my company is actually a manufactuer of their own products and into test and measurement. We can be used almost everywhere but onli in certain key nich segments onli

 

For automotive, actually those of u who is driving eurpoean, japs, or korean cars somehow are being tested with my company products already
