Yslim Neutral Newbie April 20, 2008 Share April 20, 2008 Hi, Me have same problem. First time they also say nothing wrong. Second time insisted the service manager to drive the car, then he confirm knocking noise and get it repaired. Said it is something about steering joint. Now ok. Eternity_gal Neutral Newbie April 20, 2008 Share April 20, 2008 Occasionally full lock is fine. But doing full lock excessively with knocking sound will cause the steering pin to loosen or worst case to drop off, this usually need to send the car for steering alignments. ↡ Advertisement
