going to sapporo 22-25may for conference...

 

care to share experience/ tips while at sapporo ???

 

heard electronics MIJ ones are cheap there... [thumbsup]

now should be spring time at sapporo. very nice place. not as crowded as tokyo. see the sapporo TV tower at odori park, go visit their asahi beer factory and drink, eat their huge crabs, and buy their confections like shiroikhoibhito milk/choco biscuits, and their famous royce chocolates. [thumbsup]

 

got visit their bic camera shops (http://www.biccamera.co.jp/ir/index.html) for the latest in electronics [thumbsup]

 

got some time travel north to otaru and see their famous otaru water way and try their hotsprings...
