Sengkang or Punggol ?

Has a vague question which hope all can help ..

 

I am not a property speculator , just want a place to live in :

Which area is better : Sengkang or Punggol ?

 

Better in the sense of "potential" resale value in 5-10 years..

like i said.. not a property speculator...

Definitely Punggol. There was a report some time back comparing the resale prices of both estates. With the new waterfront living blueprint in place, I see potential. But then again, it could be 10 to 20 yrs time.
