actually these things are very evil; because usually it's not the rational people like u and me who gets cheated; it's not even the greedy ones who gets cheated... rather, it's either the clinically gullible ones (as in those gullible until can seek pyschiatric help), the disoriented ones (those suffering major set backs in life and cannot think properly) or the desperate till they are willing to believe in anything (like kenna cancer or child kenna cancer etc) ones.
