Vooth 2nd Gear August 16, 2008 Share August 16, 2008 Wonder if anyone can help me...I was driving on the NS highway relying on my gps to get to my destination but missed an exit. After I paid for the toll at Skudai (I think) via TnG card, I made a U-turn to go back. At the same toll, I picked up a transit ticket but did not know the purpose of this ticket. At the next toll, I tapped my TnG card but the barrier did not lift up and the attendant said I should pay in cash since I had the transit ticket. So after paying in cash, I proceeded on and on the next toll, again the barrier did not lift up and it seems that the card has no more value in it left! Made the mistake of not stopping at the office there to inquire about the card and now I need assistance....Do I need to go to a Toll office or is there one in JB? Hope I am not confusing anyone ↡ Advertisement

Vooth 2nd Gear August 16, 2008 Author Share August 16, 2008 Mine is less than 2 yrs and I go to JB frequently. Anyway, it only happened today, I think the toll system calculated the charges wrongly when I u-turned back and took the transit ticket instead of using the TnG card... Kianbeng Clutched August 16, 2008 Share August 16, 2008 me never experience it before. If you use the TnG card, you should enter/exit on those TnG lanes.
Vooth 2nd Gear August 16, 2008 Author Share August 16, 2008 Yah I know but after I u-turned, I don't recall seeing a TnG lane but a small lane marked with a car symbol. It was one of those small tolls so I went to that small lane and got the transit ticket (which I also did not know was for what purpose till later )

Ooniik Neutral Newbie August 18, 2008 Share August 18, 2008 Can top up at Esso Second link. Done that frequently as I normally am in JB on weekends at 0600hrs. As long as they are open you can top up there for a fee of RM$0.50 per top up.

Kianbeng Clutched August 19, 2008 Share August 19, 2008 (edited) By right some ATM machine can topup. But when I tried that, I couldn't find the option. So right now I'm paying the petrol kiosk RM$0.50 for one time topping up. Edited August 19, 2008 by Kianbeng
