Klipsch Speaker Support

I am using Klipsch GMX A2.1 Multimedia speaker. One of the speaker channel got no output. Anyone here know who is the local agent/technical supoort? Thank You.

I own a pair of Klipsch speakers but from the home audio range. The local agent for the HT and audio range is Tat Chuan and if you searched the Klipsch website, this info can be verified:

Before you send your speakers for repair, please check for loose connection and if problem still exist, try switching speakers from left to right and vice versa. No need to send to Agent. There are a few local repair shops here who can do the job. One is in Burlington Square; they have been in speaker repair business for more than 30-40 years and is still doing the job.

The shop in Burlington Square is Martin Electronics. Yup, they might be able to repair the speaker.

 

Thing is, it might be more economical to just change the speakers than repair it.

 

For example, when my Energy Take 5.2 tweeter blew, it was cheaper for me to buy a pair off Ebay rather than get it repaired by the local Energy distributor (factor of 5x).

Walk around Sim Lim Square, some shops do carry them. Mine was bought from Fuwell but that was like 2 years back.

If you are interested in HTS, then can walk around Adelphi but you have a higher chances of finding ProMedia series in Funan and SLS.
