Hi all

 

Recently i face some problem on my audio,

 

When i on the radio the volume is normal ,but after some time the volume go down to very soft automatic.However when i off and on again, the volume go back to normal but after some time the volume go down to very soft automatic again

 

my set up is as follow;

-5 channel amp

-1 sub-woofer

-1 set of front speaker and tweeter

-1 capicitor

 

please advise what is the problem and solution

You should consult the workshop that installed your ICE. I'm sure they would be responsible to rectify your automatic decreasing volume woes. Help is just a call away...

How old is your 5-ch amp?.. Suspect that the power supply inside your amp is faulty and suggest you go to your installer. You may end up having to buy another replacement 5-ch amp or if you know of some audio repairers for amps, like audiodr in http://www.sgsoundsystem.com/ you could ask him to repair your amp, in which case, you need to take it out to bring it to him for repair.

Read ur HU manual la...maybe got tis type of setting?

it happen to me recently also ... later i found out it it because of my CD (just my 2 cents suggestion) ....

some of the HUs come with auto mute function, i.e. it will reduce the volume automatically when it detected there is an incoming call to the drive. please check the owner manual..

I just went to the installer,due to they are very busy,they just check it roughly

 

They find out that the reason the sound turn softly because the sound only come out the tweeter.they supect that the speaker up the lorry liao

 

However they will also help to check the amp when i go back after CNY.
