Rm2s 5th Gear January 23, 2009 Share January 23, 2009 Anyone on Singtel broadband on Mobile (BBOM) plan using the USB modem given by Singtel? Any feedback for use around IBP/Jurong East area? I am getting really bad speed and it seems to be time dependence. Meaning, it is especially bad during 11 am to 1 pm and then 4:30 pm to around 6 pm. May be more people making calls during those period so the speed is affected. Anyone uses M1 or Starhub here?
