Foxfire Neutral Newbie March 30, 2009 Share March 30, 2009 I have a POI file I downloaded from one of the local mapping forum. It contains the postal codes in Singapore in a '.csv' format. I can send it to you if you want, open it and search via the postal code and the long. and lat. are the 1st and 2nd column. The file is about 1MB. Or you can let me know the postal code and I will reply you the position.
Huggable Clutched March 30, 2009 Share March 30, 2009 (edited) 1) Use streetdirectory.com. 2) Enter the postal code of the HDB block (if known) to search. 3) After block is found, click on the "how popular is this address". 4) Click on "Show Nearby Amenities" link. 5) Click on "Analyse Loc" button. 6) Viola! The lat-long is displayed. Anyone knows of a shorter way? Edited March 30, 2009 by Huggable

Foxfire Neutral Newbie March 30, 2009 Share March 30, 2009 Hi, '.csv' is comma separated text file, MS Excel should open it easily or you can just use text editor to open it. Sent to Civic6656.
