Mustang 1st Gear September 4, 2009 Author Share September 4, 2009 Is it going to sell in SG? with lower price than Proton....may get my company to relook for our replacement..... Definately will come to SG by middle of next year.Just look at Myvi,At first they didn't want ot bring in because of Daihatsu Sirion/Toyota Passo cause of the alliance between these 3 company and still they bring it in.Difference by 4k though.Hope it wouldnt be like Perodua Nautica(The Kembara replacement)which is a rebagde Toyota Rush.Sale were poor in Malaysia.Who would be in the right mind buying "National" car for a mere RM85000 where you can get the Rush 7 seater there for 90K??I was hoping that the price here for the MPV would be in the 52-55k range then i will consider. Driftformoment Neutral Newbie October 29, 2009 Share October 29, 2009 pricing would be around the price of exora... as perodua cars not cheap also... compare to proton almost same price some more perodua cars smaller but quality likewise perodua better as most of its engine parts are manufactured by daihatsu, toyota proton campro local made in malaysia quality not so good my relative bought a gen 2 last year.. normally new cars they have add coolant as well as water in the water tank... when my relative 1st receive the car he thougth that this simple steps were done.. but to his surprise when he brought his car to highway... travelled around 100++ the engine started to have smoke and later burn into flames... 1st day collect car only leh... so proton compensate him with a new car.. so annoying... ↡ Advertisement
